How Workplace/Employment Mediation works in practice
Mediation provides a structured, effective means of avoiding Employment Tribunals and Courts and bringing disputes to resolution in a quicker and more efficient and cost effective manner. Where the relationship looks as if it might be salvaged, the parties can plot both steps for desired change to achieve harmony and also, where necessary an agreed exit strategy.
Mediation in Medical Negligence Cases. (Part 2)
In part 2 of this article we discuss how Mediation in Medical Negligence cases will enable the resolution of disputes in a more timely, confidential and economical manner than the current system which places huge burdens – personal, psychological and economic – on all of the parties involved.
American studies show that the average cost of a case which results in a relatively early mediated agreement is about 20% of the average cost of a fully litigated case.
Introduction to Mediation Advocacy (CPD Training 6Hrs)
The module that we have devised includes active participation, role play and runs over 5 hours starting at 2:30pm and running till 7:30pm.
